[ARCHIVED] Police Arrest Two Individuals Following Search Warrant

Officers of the Morgantown Police Department served a search warrant at 410 Pennsylvania Ave., Apartment C relating to an ongoing investigation regarding suspected drug sales. Officers had received complaints and observed activity that indicated the sale of illegal substances and initiated an investigation into the reports. As a result, two (2) individuals were arrested this morning at approximately 6 a.m. and marijuana, packaging materials and a firearm were recovered. The case is still currently under investigation.

Trey Cortez WALKER, 24 years of age of Charleston, WV was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana and is currently awaiting arraignment.

Carrington MORRIS, 22 years of age of Charleston, WV was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana and is currently awaiting arraignment.
