The City of Morgantown Development Services Department is asking for your opinion of housing needs in the city.
The City of Morgantown is performing a Housing Affordability Market Analysis to identify housing gaps across all income groups for renters and home buyers. This analysis includes an online housing survey to obtain residents’ and commuters’ perspectives on the housing needs of the city and their current housing situations.
All residents of Monongalia County and commuters coming to Monongalia County for work or school are invited to participate. The analysis results will help support our community’s future housing affordability priorities and implementation strategies. This survey is confidential and is retained by Bowen National Research.
The online survey will be open until Mar. 13 and can be accessed by going to www.surveymonkey.com/r/MorgantownRes.
