MORGANTOWN W.Va. – At approximately 8:41 pm, on Sept. 7, 2019, officers of the Morgantown Police
Department were conducting a follow up investigation regarding a traffic crash
and found Raymond Lamar FICKLIN, 46 years of age of Detroit, Michigan, to be a
fugitive from justice. FICKLIN was arrested and is awaiting extradition to
Michigan.
