Traffic delays will take place on Willowdale Street March 11 and March 12 between Irwin Street and Valley View Avenue. Delays are expected to be between 10 to 30 minutes as West Virginia University Hospitals work to prepare for the construction of a new parking garage.
The longest delays are expected to take place Monday morning. Delays will occur between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead.
