Neighborhood Associations

Morgantown has a strong neighborhood association network. This page is intended to share neighborhood-specific information for each of Morgantown's communities and give them an outlet for events, programs, and information to be shared with their residents.

Residential Neighborhood

Neighborhood Coordinating Council

Quarterly, on the second Monday of the month at 7 p.m., the Neighborhood Coordinating Council (NCC) meets via Teams and in person at City Hall in the First Floor Training Room to discuss city initiatives with city staff and get insight from Morgantown Police officers who patrol their neighborhoods. If you attend a regular Neighborhood Association meeting, please consider joining us to see how other Associations are working and share ideas for more fulfilling neighborhoods and a better quality of life for all. 

Morgantown Neighborhood Associations

Evansdale Neighborhood Association

  • Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in Percival Hall.

First Ward Neighborhood Association 

  • Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the pavilion at Jack Roberts Park.

Greenmont Neighborhood Association 

  • Meetings are held on the last Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at Gene’s on Wilson Avenue.

Jerome Park Neighborhood Association 

  • Meetings are held quarterly (February, May, July, November) on the first Monday of the month at 7 p.m. Meeting locations alternate between Sabra UMC and Mount Hermon Baptist Church.

South Hills Neighborhood Association  

  • Meetings are held as needed.

South Park Association of Neighbors 

  • Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the First Christian Church.

Suncrest Neighborhood Association 

  • Meetings are held on the last Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. at Suncrest Elementary School.

Wiles Hill-Highland Park Neighborhood Association

  • Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Wiles Hill community center, 6:30 p.m. social, 7 p.m. business.

Woodburn Association of Neighbors 

  • Meetings are held quarterly (January, April, June, October) on the third Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Woodburn Community Complex.
