New Business:- Consider and act upon A proposed Resolution regarding the setting of a public hearing date with respect to the following proposals: (i) the removal of certain parcels from “The City of Morgantown Redevelopment District No. 3” (the “TIF District”), thereby amending the originally approved boundaries of the TIF District and (ii) the extension of the TIF District termination date by an additional fifteen (15) years pursuant to Section 10(a) of Chapter 7, Article 11B of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended
