Police and Fire Department Dispatched to Vehicle Accident

Morgantown, W.Va. – Earlier today, at approximately 1:24 p.m. EST, the Morgantown Police Department and Fire Department were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Monongahela Boulevard and Evansdale Drive.

The accident involved two vehicles, a Suzuki motorcycle and a Honda passenger car. The driver of the motorcycle was transported from the scene by Monongalia County EMS for injuries sustained as a result of the collision. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The accident is currently under investigation.
