Morgantown Police Respond to "Shots Heard" Call Near Cornell Ave.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - At approximately 11 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, officers of the Morgantown Police Department were dispatched to the area of Cornell Avenue and Mansion Avenue after reports of shots fired.

According to witnesses, approximately four to five gunshots were heard.

When officers arrived at the scene, two suspects were identified by an eyewitness, and the handgun was located. 

There were no injuries or property damage resulting from the incident.
