WV State Police Issues Silver Alert for Missing Morgantown Man

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The West Virginia State Police Troop 1 Headquarters has approved a request from the Morgantown Police Department to activate a silver alert for an attempt to locate Kenneth Sean Teets.

Kenneth Sean Teets is a 53-year-old white male. He is 5'4" tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds.

Teets suffers from short-term memory loss and is a ward of the state through Adult Protective Services. 

Teets was last seen wearing burgundy pants, a hospital gown, and a camouflage hat. He was last seen leaving Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown on foot in the area of Virginia Ave. on November 1, 2023.
