IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to renovations at Morgantown City Hall, all City Council meetings will be held in the Monongalia County Commission Chambers located on the second floor of the Monongalia County Building at 243 High Street.

- SPRUCE STREET RECLASSIFICATION
This ordinance would provide for reclassification of several properties at the top of Spruce Street from B-1 Neighborhood Business District to B-4 Downtown Business District. The Planning Commission reviewed the application for zoning amendment and recommended approval.

- REPUBLIC SERVICES CONTRACT RENEWAL
The proposed contract continues Republic Services as the solid waste hauler for Morgantown. Changes to the existing contract provide for Republic to provide carts for all residences to use for trash and to create a website to update customers and receive and resolve complaints.
