City to Hold Last Days of Summer Event at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The City of Morgantown is hosting the Last Days of Summer concert at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park on Sunday, October 17. The event, featuring live music and great food, will last from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and admission is free.
The live music begins at 2:00 p.m. with The JukeBox Band – Pittsburgh’s JukeBox is a hard charging cover band with an eclectic mix of fan favorites. Music will continue at 4:00 p.m. with North of Mason-Dixon (NOMaD), who is the hottest modern country band from Pittsburgh. The band is known for its hard-rocking country style, having performed with the likes of Colt Ford, John Michael Montgomery, and many more around the steel city region.
“With fall upon us and winter around the corner, we’re happy to have one last chance for music, food, and fun for our community,” said Director of the Arts & Cultural Development Vincent Kitch. “It will be a great time for everyone to get together again!”
In addition to the live music, various food trucks will be set up around the park beginning at 1 p.m.! Bring your family and take advantage of this end of the season outdoor event before winter comes.
