- LEASING OFFICE SPACE AT THE AIRPORT
At the recommendation of the Airport Director, this ordinance would authorize a three year lease agreement with Wanderlust Travel, LLC for office space at the Morgantown Municipal Airport.
- PROVIDING FOR THE REORGANIZATION OF THE ENGINEERING AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS
At the recommendation of the City Manager, this ordinance would revise the current annual budget for the General Fund to include the reorganization of personnel in the Engineering and Public Works Departments. The reorganization would result in a minimal increase to the Contingency Fund.
- CREATING A CIVILIAN POLICE REVIEW AND ADVISORY BOARD
At the recommendation of the Special Committee on Community Policing and Citizen Advisory Board, this ordinance would create a Civilian Police Review and Advisory Board. The board, which would consist of nine members, would provide for citizen participation in reviewing Police Department policies, practices, and procedures; to promote the availability of data relating to police practices and procedures; and to provide a prompt, impartial, and fair review of misconduct complaints relating to the Morgantown Police Department in a manner which protects the rights of police officers and the rights of individuals who have contact with the Morgantown Police Department.
