Beginning March 11, construction will begin on Beverly Avenue and Beverly Alleyway. The expected substantial completion date for this phase of the project is August 9. These dates are dependent on weather and unforseen conditions. As the construction begins, we will try to reduce the impact to residents in the area; however, parking and traffic will be affected. We will update this page frequently with project information including parking and road closures. You can also sign-up by clicking the Beverly Ave Project Alerts title on the right to receive text and email notifications about upcoming parking restrictions, traffic restrictions (i.e. possible changes to one-direction traffic), pedestrian detours and full road closures.
This construction project includes Beverly Avenue, 4th Street, Beverly Alleyway, and the 5th Street Right-of-way between 3rd Street and 6th Street.
