[ARCHIVED] Suspect Wanted for Bank Robbery

A picture of suspect wanted in connection with the Robbery of the Sabraton United Bank.

The Morgantown Police Department responded to a hold up alarm at United Bank located on Earl Core Road at approximately 11:45 pm today. Officers arrived on scene and found a robbery had just occurred.

The suspect was described as a white male in his mid-twenties to early-thirties approximately 5’ 10” tall with a medium build. The suspect was wearing a red toboggan, black and red flannel shirt, blue jeans and dark colored gloves.

The suspect entered the bank and produced a note demanding money and fled the scene on foot. The suspect was last observed heading towards Sabraton Avenue.

No weapons were displayed during this incident.

Detectives of the Morgantown Police Department are currently investigating this incident and anyone with information is asked to call 304-284-7522.
