Police Seek Robbery Suspect

At approximately 11:25 a.m. on April 13, 2018, Officers of the Morgantown Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery that occurred at 1806 Earl Core Rd, Morgantown WV. Officers arrived at the BB&T at this address and found that a robbery had just occurred.

The suspect entered the bank armed with a handgun and demanded money and fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’ 08” tall, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, a black baseball hat and armed with a silver colored revolver. The suspect is reported to possibly be bald and having a tattoo on the back of his neck.

This case is currently under investigation and anyone with information regarding the suspect is asked to call 911 or to contact the Morgantown Police Department Detective Unit. A photograph of the suspect is attached.
