The Wiles Hill Community Building, located in the Wiles Hill-Highland Park Neighborhood, is also home to the Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners (BOPARC) Senior Recreation Center. The Center is a great place for senior members to gather, enjoy a cup of tea, a game of billiards, or simply spend time with friends. A group lunch is offered every Wednesday at Noon along with a wide variety of activities that help keep the community and seniors active and well. The BOPARC Senior Recreation Center is beneficial to the over-55 population of West Virginia offering programs in exercise, dance, and the arts, while also providing recreational trips, nutritional meals and many other activities.
